I like CS5 for the new features they've introduced such as content aware, which takes some getting used to to produce a clean result - which it rarely does. Other things are minor, and hardly justify the pricetag at all for me, i'm more than happy to carry on using CS3 until they stop charging £200 per new edition released for the sake of a few tools which make previously achievable things SLIGHTLY easier. I'm a firm believer that better tools do not make better workmen, and even if they did, CS5 wouldn't produce a better result than anything later than photoshop CS. Regardless of how much you preach about how far they have pushed themselves, and how CS5 is the next amazing thing, for me at least, it's just another tool.
