My personal choice is the Plymouth, really caught my attention.

i ve a car model,but its broken yet,i give them neon LED,
anyway its broken LOl

its a very very simple thing just in between for fun

beetle into hawai surk version with custom build roof rack and self made surf bord

original (not my pics where from goncas i never shot it original is exactly the same )

like most metal model cars (exept the real expensive ones) nice but unrealistic in places

beginning of the lowering front is still weird with the axle not shortened 9in this cae it means grinding away loads of metal and a forst rough surf board




first roof rack (did not keep that)



new roof rack donor (usually hold napkins) (didnt keep that either)

wel then really made something out of several pieces of that metal and made a base (the red one) the base is made out of plastic bars and heated to get in shape the glued



second stage surf board

some paint on the roofrack base




more narrow front axle (the looks not actually) so the front wheels go in more (like they do in real life to beetles)




slight interiour work




mush better with a black frame

then made the base white to match the running boards and white wall tyres

then tryed out some really tiny thin wood





decals on the suitcase and a logo on the surfboard
(THATS WAS THE START OF MY GARAGE PROJECT BTW WHERE IT IS SHOT)



then i really got a feel how the roof rack should be so i made more bars and repainted it cut some fine wood and ...






imo much better a real vintage feel (witch i was after)

here you can see the stance of the wheels exactly like a real slammed bug (wheels at the front tucked in the rear oned cambered a lot)

now its not finished needs either a cleaning of the bumper hole / mount place and a re-spray or bumer bars newly made
i want a single exhaust sticking out the back (a 3 into one)
i got some hoosier tyres for it

but i do this in the summer in my shed and garged (spraying)

so for now its ..............

like said relative simple remodelling

lol its cr the car models geek with his mini garage
love the beetle mate

the fun part is only the merc is finished really need to continue the garage , more detail , tools , weathering , lockers , an office with addic , stairs real lighting , you name it

this summer that wukl def. happen and i wil also continue the beetle
i'm still thinking how i could make a hawai neclace (the flower thing) to hang on the rear vieuw mirror

i know fishline but the scale is so tiny making the flowers is hard ....
but i will make it !!!!

You could print some paper with maybe 3-4 different colors on, red, blue, yellow and purple. Then cut out tiny pieces and tie them on a fishline with a needle. It should work, at least it works just fine inside my head

yep otr take some stuff from a real one (i have 2 of those real ones layig around)
its some sort of colored cloth)
but if you would see how small the thing has to be the parts would become absolutly tiny
i think it shoud be possible though , just have to have patience and a very very small needle

Woop, Went and bought my self a cheap Bburgo Range Rover sport.
i already lowered it, and put some Murcie LP640 Rims on it just for fun. (but i took them off already )
but the LR's stock rims are huge, So it's hard to add (aftermarket) rims to it. as they all look way too small.



Should i respray the LR's stock rims black like the Gt-r?
