This is quite nice! Bud if you don't mind, i would like to give you some good intentioned tips!
The rims look great but give the wheels a bit of camber to get the stance, and i would suggest you to turn the VW logo bi 45 degrees clockwise, i did it before on a chop and it looked a bit better than normally set
The FMIC donor you used is really good, but try to remake it, so the tow hook is bigger and in the middle, just so it gets a bit more visible, to give the car a bit more ''soul'' or ''personality'' with the details

I tried everything you said but realized that I want more stockish golf and dont like how the wheel camber looks and the badge .. fixed the FMIC and tried smth new - raindrops .. this is my first time and I dont know if they are good 
.. if they are I will finish them on the hood , roof etc
