Make 45° lines in black with brush size 1px, then duplicate just to have enough lines to cover the air intake (keep attention to have the same distance between lines). At this poin make a group, duplicate it and reflect orizontally... merge with the other one and star play with bevel emboss layer style to reach a good result.

I dont understand because the arch its just in the egde of the start of the end to the other part... If you see it in HD you can see it better.

Bright part of body is too closer to arch... need to get more depth to appears more real
