So I thought, but it's actually not and I have the papers to proove it, that's what intrigued me the most

Oh and a friend advise, please do not get the 50cc, it's just rubbish , 125cc or 180cc will do but u need ur driving liscence for the 180cc and the 125cc is very nervous on wet roads so don't push it too much. Also, if used bike, make sure u do a engine clean yourself or by a garage because they've been used a lot and tend to get tired when you accelerate on staright line and make sure to leave the bike started for about 10-15 min before riding it somewhere because they are very slow on pick up. Other than than, damn its a great bike!!!

Had a white 50cc a good few years ago (in The Netherlands where you can only have a 50cc at 16). Went faster than a basic tuned scooter de-restricted
There are some nice things you can get for them, just detail things though.
