Up to this point everything is still 100% vector. No brush anywhere and I'm going to keep at it and see how far I can get to without.

You mean everything is just masked/ pentool then Gradient-bucket filled?

Thanks for the comments. I'll get back to this later today. It's been fun making this. I wonder why I didn't start one sooner!

Second graders took over the bigger computer room so I couldn't work on my 3d video so I continued on this instead!

All of the headlights, mirrors and steering wheel done. Started the seats too. A lot more difficult with all those soft color tones. However, still 100% vector!
