Yeah you could be right, but having said that he is a damn exceptional striker. He's got submission capabilities, is an extremely technical fighter, so by all means I wouldn't say he's got too many shortcomings. Well perhaps only in his attitude! haha he was just complete douche in his Demian Maia fight clowning around like that and was pretty lacklustre against chael..

There's a reasonable size difference between these guys, silva's capable of fighting in light heavyweight more than comfortably..

I have utmost appreciation and respect for GSP, definitely one of my favorite guys.. and so is silva. If there's anybody to give him a good run for his money it would be GSP. I think theres just a bit more siding on Silva's favor. Size, strength/striking. But then again it's mma - in the octagon, it can go anyway at the last minute!
