It takes a bit of hand eye coordination but you'll get used to it pretty quickly. It took me a few hours of practice before I was reasonably comfortable, but it'll take a while before it feels as natural as chopping with a mouse (I use the mouse for some things and the tablet for other when chopping).

Ivan, you're more likely to find the following:

Cintiq users have more money than skill
Normal tablet users have the opposite

No offence to anyone using a Cintiq, I was just generalizing :P
Hello.
well then, which size that maybe suit to get "comfort" while using tablet pad for chopping?
6" x 4"
Hello.

i agree partly, cause thats what is generalized, a lot of non good artists with cash think they can do magic if they buy a cintiq, altough i would love to see some of the finest skilled choppers on autemo using a cintiq, would be epic, i personally cant wait to put my hands on one
what hugo said ^

i definitely wouldn't say no to one.
