Yes, but the size in KB is still the same. So if you upload a 3000x2000 pixel image, it may appear like a 800x600 (or so), but people still have to load all 6MB.
Not so nice for people who have no fast access to the web.

However...

Win7 is so nice.
Have to upload my desktop tomorrow or so when I cleaned it up a bit.

Yeah, my vista fails, im getting windows 7 as soon as it comes out here (a bit over a month). Cos my os is broken, so my computer doesnt work atm

@Evis, Mean background. Is it a photo or a chop? Also, did you do it or someone else?
@CptDesign, I like the see-through Start menu you have. The background doesn't hurt either
