^ctrl+click the layers you want to merge and hit ctrl+E. Or find merge layers from the menu in photoshop

My advice. Learn the pen tool thoroughly and keep practising when it comes to copy and paste work before you tackle brushing. Reflections are wrong and the brush is very flat.
