nope, i know for sure, all renaults have those plastic panels, letarary plastic, and quite elastic, you could push it in for 3-5cm with small amount of streingh, and if they have a crash, they break like any other plastic, they wrap for as much as they can, than they just snap,
my friend has a new clio, and had a small bump, the same panel, cracked similar

Yeh Renaul Clios are practically all plastic so they could lower production costs and repair costs. I have just taken it to my mechanic and he is gettin me a new bumper and wing and fitting them today So it will be road legal by tonight, trouble is he can only get his hands on silver parts lol! So my car will be custom Silver and Red Clio
