Okay... First.
I'm not gonna roast ur work or something.

Butttttttt.
What are your saving settings? Png? Jpeg? Cause ur export quality is way lower then ur base. So there are pixels all over the place.
What do you use for selecting things? Pen tool? Polygonal lasso? The selections can be way cleaner if you can work with Pen tool the you can make the perfect rounds and such.
The holes in the skirt need some outside lining (Highlights).
Everything else i cant really give a opinion on cause its so low quality...

The front wheel arch looks too narrow for that wheel, the flares, as B, said need to be darker and some other stuff, but they are not important atm.
