It's coming along nicely, I think you need to start working on the details now.

Looking good so far mate, but you have to add some harder lines and a texture on the clothes. And you'll go crazy when you brush the hair, I know what I'm talking about.

About clouthes I want get effect like it is drawing in real. So I dont want do realistic ;-) Or may be I dont understand you ;p

you've understand me. I thought you want it more realistic. There's a much easier way for the hair...make some lines i different colours => motion blur effect => warp

I cant find warp. I've got motion blur and that's all
I've got cs4 extened

click on the layer with the motion blur effect...then press ctrl+t...click with right button of your mouse on it and there you'll find warp.

Ah ok ;-) I knew that is in the transform but I thought that is in the other warp ;p

hehe....try this and show us some results ....I think this is the easiest way.
