Oh, I agree- it is totally do able, but you must live in one of the flattest places around to have a car like that. I know you have heard this quite a few times, but for this car- smaller wheels are a no-no. The picture you shared, the wheels look a lot bigger than 14/15's..

Personally, I like everything else- just the wheels. As mentioned, bigger arches, and maybe bigger wheels would look A LOT better. But they're just personal preferences..
I prefer engine oil and overalls to nail polish and fashion any day♥

Yeh - point taken. Even so still think your's are maybe a tad on the small side.
One last thing, if/when you mod the wheels and arches, bear this in mind:

This is becoming a running joke... so I've gotta add in a "that's what she said (to you)" comment ;)

Liking the update though - brushing's not looking half bad at all :)
Keep going

In the example pic you posted Lewis, the Silvia was slammed yeah, but it wasn't sitting on the floor like yours. There's maybe a 3-4" gap under the car which equates to an extra 3-4" on your rim sizes which as has been pointed out already, seem to be about 12's.

I like the clean look you're going for, but man the original was a sexy car and didn't need lowering any further in my opinion. Try tucking your wheels in the arches, or enlarging the arches as Andy pointed out if you really want to... *sigh* "stance" your chop.

If you was to lower the original by maybe 2-3cm, clean up some of the bodywork, add a ducktail spoiler as you mentioned and some black, 6 split spoke rims such as enkei NT03+m, it would look pretty badass.

Just as an FYI, anybody who shouts "Form > Function" sounds like the kind of kid who thinks Beats by Dre are a quality set of headphones because they're shiny and overpriced.
Hello.
Oh hi Jack.

You are all bastards. And your comment about it being 2-3" off the ground didn't make sense! The rims are almost the same size. Mine just have a lower profile tyre on and it there's no arch gap. But anyway shut up about them im going to change them youll just have to bare with them for now cause it makes my wips look cleaner for now!

And no i despise dre. beats even though ive never listened to them. Mainly cause of the kids that would round town with them around their necks in their 'Gilets'.
But i love stanced cars, even though ive noticed this year everyone seems to be trying to do it in the chopping community so i can see why you're probably bored of seeing it, and it does come across as a bit of a fad. If i was chopping for function id leave it stock and tell you ive put £40k worth of mods under the hood :mrteeth:

No black rims, red cars on white rims are dope. And te37's have been my favorite rims for as long as i can remember. Anyone got any banded steels donors? :)
Lew's trying to make a chop, leave the bullshit out of the thread.

Chop looks great as it is, but IMO the wheels are a tad small, too low, and a bit too much neg camber, I would rotate the wheels CCW just so the car dont look broken.

red and white is a good combo indeed, just lower the saturation on the wheels as it is quite blue, but the car is red and the surrounding / BG is quite colourless.

Keep up the good work dude!
