btw why the rims looks blur mate?

^^ he tried to make it look like a moving car thats why the rims are blurred

wolffdk you should do this >> slect the rim and go to blur > radial blur > set it half way and then tone down the effect untill it looks good

better way > look on google images under the search name > ROLLING SHOTS then you will find donor wheels already moving and much more convincing
