Update. Here's my progress so far, I have added the spoiler, a small part of the rear splitter and some smoke to the rear tyre. I am debating weither or not to keep it. What do you think about it, yay or nay? :) If so, I shall add a little more, to give the look of a burnout. Plus, the car looks like it is at a slight angle now, like it is moving. So that would be an awesome addition if it looks the part :D

It's looking awesome so far, props for trying something a bit different. Personally, I'd ditch the smoke all together on the rear wheel due to the car being in the drag equivalent of a pit lane, and not on the strip. Plus, there's a guy stood right behind it, so that would be dangerous xD

Also, that rear spoiler has to be changed if you're in keeping with the drag theme. That beast is a drifting spoiler, and looks totally out of place :P They're the only things I can comment on really. The execution of the things you've done so far is awesome just a few of the things that I mentioned I don't really think fit the theme.

I agree, looks there is small fire building up inside the arch :D
And since it has some other dragcarfeatures changing driftspoiler would help its look quite a bit
Thanks guys for the tips. Now you mention it, the smoke does loo out of place. And the spoiler, doesn't suit it. Im trying different things to see what goes best with the car and style. Thanks again guys, im glad that you like it so far :)

Yes guys, this is still going on :D
Removed the smoke, and the rear wing. As they didn't really fit with the style.
I was wondering what you guys thought, as it's the first time I have brushed a full part. I have added a drag type spoiler to it, don't know if it looks realistic yet, but was hoping you'd let me know what you think :)

I'd say the wing could be a little bigger and more in line with the rear lid surface. Now it's kind of behind the rear lid and pointing up a bit.

At the moment the car looks like a hybrid of drag and circuit racers. I got a few suggestions for ya:

Maybe raise the rear a little higher so you can fit a larger rear wheel in there. To me it looks weird having the rear wheel so small on a drag racer. Especially since it's a street car it would really benefit from leaning more towards the front.

Also, if you want to keep it really pure full-on drag machine, you would forget about the huge gaping mouth on the bumper. The smoother it is, the more aerodynamic it is. Which is how drag cars are. ;)
