Orange does indeed make the vast majority of things awesome, however you'll never see an orange Ferrari that looks good. It's the same reason Lamborghini don't make stock red cars, it's Ferrari's trademark. Take a look at the respective trademark colours of the 2 biggest Italian competitors and you'll see they're completely different for that reason.

You could make it look good, we'll see but if you change the colour it should just be a case of sliding the hue bar on your paint layer.

I could make it yellow and thats about it with that method... anything else the hue is inverted so blue has purple highlights instead of green... its wierd... and if i desaturate.. i just get flat grey with no shading whatsoever... but i appreciate what you're saying.
