Well the incident wasn't even investigated.
To be fair they both had a part to play. You could argue that if lewis hadn't moved out of the way at monza, and had driven straight on and schumacher had hit him, then it's lewis's fault. Same could be said about button. If button hadn't have moved at the start of the race, and vettel had hit him, who's fault is it then?
i believe they investigated it
those scenarious you mentioned would be 50-50
the problem is they moved infront to block, but didnt drive into side of another car
if they would drive to rear of an car who is in front defending his position, the person driving behind is at fault
it can also be an racing incident where no one really is to blame
but in theoretic way of thinking, on many cases off monza if schuey would been hit by lewis it would been as much his fault as lewis's, he blocked him too much in many places, but hey, he didnt get an penalty off it...
