you both have used the same donor m8, he havent stolen it, you both just modified this pic so please dont call it stealing when you stole it urself in the first place, then he found the donor and used it exactly the same. basicly you could be sued yourself for using that donor since it clearly aint you own photo.

He could but there isnt really any point in doing so since there wasnt any profit or anything from it.

Actually they'd probably be covered by the copyright fair use act ... which basically applies common sense
