Going to have to give my vote to rap.
Tough call really because where one has a little more work done it also has a few more flaws. Would have liked to see more done with both.

rap: Nice 2 door conversion and color change. Smoothed front bumper looks good, and the style of the wheels fits well. Shadowing could use more attention, and the girl does not fit at all. She needs her own shadow on the ground and reflection on the hood. Also the palm trees in the bg don't really blend with the pavement, too harsh of a break between the ground and the trees.

ice devil: Nice choice of wheels, and the subtle body kit fits the car nicely. The rear wheel could use some more negative camber, looks like its leaning out at the top right now. Some body mods or something else would have been nice...just not a whole lot done here.
