As you would be expecting now after a bit of a break, the 2011 WTB will be starting soon. So soon in fact, that you should really start discussing with your fellow countrymen who you are teaming up with and gathering some general ideas. All in preparation for Autemo's second WTB. While the first one was awesome, we are sure the second one will be even better!

Quick Overview
The WTB is an event where people form in teams of up to 4 choppers each and compete in a series of rounds to ultimately be crowned the best team of 2011. The only rule: Your team has to consist of member from the same country apart from in special circumstances where International teams may be formed. The last few WTB's have been epic with some unrivaled skill and intense pressure.

It's sure to be a world-wide hit, so use this thread as a discussion in general but remember this isn't for team entries or anything like that. Any questions, feel free to ask and we'll do our best to fulfill your curiosity. Get discussing!

This year we've got a public blog dedicated to the World Team Battle. All information of information to the general public, such as results and team match-ups, and perhaps even some team profiles, so follow it now to stay up to date.

What does the winning team get?

• The glory and honor that comes with being the winners of the Autemo World Team Battle 2011!
• Prize money! Yes you read it right... Prize money... At this stage we're not sure if it'll be $5 or $200 or whatever, but we do have one sponsor locked in and are looking for others.

too early for new WTB,I think...that continuously run competition makes it less interesting and unique

LDK - This year we'll shorten down the time in-between rounds - less than a week to vote, because people should be able to vote in shorter time than that as they know when voting should be starting, and such, so there should be a bit more of a break before 2012...

There's still also a while until the actual start though, so basically we're just giving you a bit more time to get ready .

Doh, just realised I may be on a plane from Perth to Brisbane when it's supposed to start, so I've extended registration cut-off and start by a week... anyhow it'll be awesome .
