Questions regarding competitions and other communities

Hey everybody. I have a few questions regarding competitions and the other chopping communities out there.

First of all shout-out to Nissan boy for hosting a competition. The turnout was better than I expected and there were some really good turnouts. As you guys can probably see the people who decided to compete are the same people we see here on the regular. Every now and then we see a stream of chops coming in here created from the same base image because there's a competition somewhere else.

My first question is how many active communities out there are there? I'm only active here and on DeviantART and the chopping community on deviantart is dead.

And my second question is do you guys think we could create a new website, separated from Autemo and the other forums just for chopping competitions? I would like to find a way to bring the communities together but I know a lot of the other communities out there exist because they would like to keep it to their own language so this website would only exist for hosting competitions, posting results and voting. it would not act like a forum.

I'm active too. I upload all my projects here and try join in competitions. I'm active on my facebook page too, but a lot likes my fb page is from peoples who (I think) don't care about my projects. Nobody coment it, that suck... here I don't see too much coments too.

Tell me what we can do now? You have some idea for autemo, for active users? Let's talk about this.
Remember, I'm still active and I'm in :-d

I'm active on some social media, here on autemo and on virtualtuning.it which is the italian virtualtuning site. I often participate in the contests of my country because they are taken more seriously than they were taken here in recent times (according to my opinion), this site lacks a championship of monthly, until 2013 there was and in fact there were more people , the last one was this http://www.autemo.com/forums/?t=18172, even if in the two following years they were made theme contests and they had the same success .. Then it takes some advertising on social media and you're done. I do not think we need to create another site for comps.
We need to do something to bring back the activity on this site

instead of making new community,... i prefer bring the Autemo back to live
I hear you loud and clear. I'll set my ideas aside and have a look at how we can revive autemo. We also need a way of attracting new people to the chopping scene as our community is shrinking every day.

I'n too busy nowdays and keep forgetting Autemo which I really feel sad and bad about.

But seeing there are intrest in rebooting the whole competition side of things is really refreshing. I'll try my best to get active again and help out as much as possible!

In my opinion the first change to be made is a second rank beyond what we each have, the second rank will be used to identify users with regard to 3D so there will be for example the 2D pro tuner and the 3D pro tuner and so on , obviously create a section as in 2D also for 3D for each rank. The 3D is going very strong lately and you have to take the opportunity to jump in my opinion.

I'm new here, but I heard good stories about Autemo.
I'm in two groups on facebook, one of them is the "Virtual tuning Brasil" where they do competitions from time to time, but I believe that the moderators are very busy. I think competitions are good because we are developing more skills for them.
Sincerity I think Autemo has the potential to come back with everything! :mrteeth:
