There are several programs what could use layers, and pen tool... Discuss them there

I use Paint Shop Pro Photo X2, but GIMP and other program users could change knowledge there

well i dont use other than Photoshop cs2..

are they the same Quality as Photoshop ??

did you do some chops using them ??

I have used Paintshop Pro 8 before, never really cared for it, it's too complex as a graphic editing software it's not laid out enough like photoshop is. Ill have to use it in my college course im starting though... so looks like i'll have to learn it... *sigh*

Hey have you saw my chops? All of them made with Paint Shop Pro... this is a good program to tune, maybe some effects has other name or the menu bar where you can reach it isn't the same. But this program is totally good for chopping, and got a secret weapon, the Warp Brush...

How does it work??
can you post an image been brushed by that tool ??

I'm using Photoshop CS2 for almost 3 or 4 years and i don't
think i'm going to use other programs

Here it is the upper is the smudge tool, so with the warp brush, you could form anything from a point, or with a bigger size of the brush, you could make it warped for example to a reflection...

after this you only have to cut down what you aren't need

but this is only a fast presentation, sometimes you must make very little changes what take more time...
