WELCOME TO THE 1.000 € COMPETITION

We had something similar to that last year;

Now it's time to do this again! This time the winner gets 1.000 € Cash!

Here are the rules:

1. You are allowed to post already created works or if you like you can create something new.
It's up to you and your time

2. The color should be mostly yellow.
But if you submit an old entry and we get the rights, we can change the color ourselfes

3. The car has to be so unique, that you can't guess the vehicle model and type any longer
-> I remember many of the WTB entries which were quite unique...

4. The topic "Tuning" should be added in one way. Show & Shine, Liberty Walk, OEM Tuning, Drift, Subtle Changes, ...

5. Please do not add any sponsors or advertisment on the car to other companies.

6. The data should be High Res.
Please send in the biggest resolution you've got, because we also need to create big posters with it.

7. We get the rights on your picture for amazing 1.000 Bucks!


The entries have to be sent in until the 20th of June
(so 10 days for you to spend time on creating something new or send in any older work you like to)
Just post them below this message in this thread and you are automatically signed in with you entry.

The winner chop will be used for the biggest German Tuning Exhibtion.
More details will be checked and discussed after the decision.

Actually 10 days is a long deadline in the business.

And well since it is for paid gig the person ordering work can choose whatever work they want. If you feel you lost time last time then too bad, that is how the business works and the customer is right.

He never said it has to be a new work, not this time, not the last time. Most of the people were just submitting their older works which was totally fair game.
And yes, you don't usually have a 10-day deadline in this line of work.

Well you can have your opinion. If you feel like you will waste your time you can ignore the competition. I think this is a good opportunity for many choppers.

The rules here are simple and one can only win. Ok, it is what it is but it is all in the open and fair.

If no one here does it he just goes to next place and commisions the car there. Many people need to realise that normal level of artists in here is nothing extraordinary and there is talented people elsewhere too. There is also the case of not many artists apart from the certain group of "more acclaimed artists" who actually know how you need to approach paid work and copyright etc.

So yeah, usually stuff like these are not for the new or not yet so succesful artists so maybe it will feel to some like they are wasting their time. Sad in a way but i really see nothing wrong here.

Keep in mind that here is actually client asking if anyone wants a chance to take a step to pro status and actually towards a paid work.

Reading that made my brain melt, but whatever.
Sending in an old chop takes no time and effort and you don't have to do more to enter.
