Hi guys,

I decided to give this MX5 another go after giving up on the version in my signature. I am trying to go for a studio style shot but in the past these have turned out very toony for me so posting a WIP for tips on avoiding this. Obviously there is no background yet and the shadow is a 30 second job just to give some idea of stance.

Thanks for the comments guys. A little bit of progress, I have stalled a little trying to work out the reflections and lighting for all the wings around the rear wheel. I think I might brush the rest of the side and come back to it.

I have been away for the weekend so only managed to spend a couple hours on this tonight. The rear wheel wings still need a lot of work but found a mirror donor I like so roughly put that in too. At some point I am going to need to find some wheels also but that is a problem for another day.
