Ite, so finally got myself a car. Picked her up yesterday - drives beautifully. Managed 62.8mpg for the trip too, way better than I had even dreamed of.

Anyhow, went out tonight and toothpasted up the lights. Took a couple of shitty photos too.
Gonna take her somewhere nice soon and get some proper shots, but these will have to do for now:

Well,at least it's a Civic, so lets forget it's one of the less fortunately designed one Elebenty times better than any Golf later than the MkI anyway. Since you mentioned mpg and not hosepower I guess it's not one of the fast ones ? Loads of potential though

110 bhp. 1.6 i-VTEC. It's essentially the model below the Type-R. The reason I mentioned it because that seemed like a ridiculously high value. Was expecting high 40's from what I'd heard.

But insurance is cheap, it drives beautifully, and I love it to bits. So I guess that's what counts

As im already honda civic ek4 owner i must say that you will never have problem with this car they are fast,beatifully.as first look at the pictures i was thinking that its type r but and 1.6 its good and how knows maybe one day you got feed it with k20

Not really done a lot in terms of mods, but I modified an fitted a type R spoiler last week.

It needs to go lower I know, but that won't be happening soon I feel

I think it fits perfectly as it is. You'd need some larger rims to make the lowering nice to be seen.
