Hey guys,

some might remember my Opel Vectra C, I bought 3 years ago just a few days before my A-Levels.
It was a nice and nearly perfect car. It just needed a very few minor repairs in that time.

But nevertheless I sold it some days ago because of an offering I could not refuse.

Here it is:

Just a few minutes ago I was refueling:

Oldschool Mobb Deep ftw.

- 77 kW
- Turbo-Diesel
- Comfort Line
- ~ 5,2l/100km
- climatic
- cruise control
- Navi RNS510 (Touch)

The car had an engine damage last week.
Now I got a new engine, a new turbo, a new brake system and a new transmission

I like that Passat more than the new one! It's beautiful, only you took it diesel!

Sweet choice, and nice buy :)!
I prefer engine oil and overalls to nail polish and fashion any day♥
Boring xD
Jealous of the epic radio and stuff though, brand new car ffs, nice one ;)

Definitely diesel for this one, nothing else.
Glad that you're all happy with my choice.

It's time for a bigger repair on my car.

The car itself as said before, drove 190.000km already.
But since 2 months it has a new engine, brakes, turbo and transmission.

The only thing which hasn't been replaced is the particle filter.
My confidential car repair workshop thinks it's necessary to change it
by a new one. It will cost me around 1.500€

Two alternatives:
1: Replace it by an used one
2: Just do something like a general cleaning of the one being installed atm

What do you guys think of those alternatives?
Anyone already some kind of experience about that?

Would be nice if somebody's able to help me out with my problem.

Thanks in advance.
