From a "professional" point of view I agree, but from a personal view I don't, so I can't really decide on which side I would take a stand. But I completely understand, and as said, I partly agree. From a employer-customer point of view it probably should have been banned.

Besides from Autemo being a business, it's also a social forum. People can pretty much use whatever signature, avatar etc. they want - as long as it isn't offending, obviously. However, it is discussable whether the ''pedobear'' is offending or not, since it is a symbol indirectly referring to paedophilia. While that is said, I think most people just see some random teddy bear when they see it, at least that is what I saw before someone explained to me what it actually is.
If we see this ''pedobear'' ordeal taking an unwanted direction, we will take action
