Porsche RWB - FULL BRUSH

Hey guys, I haven't actually finished a chop for such a long time, and also - I haven't really been doing anything lately. So I decided that I would do something.. a little different..

So here it is. It might not be the exact same as a RWB, but it is similar and I have added my own things to it, so it is different to the real one. I hope you like my plans so far. I would like to know some good tutorials for brushing, basic - a easy to follow would be awesome :D

It isn't complete, the plans as yet. But, this is the basics, and showing this is better than showing nothing, right?

Let me know what you think so far.

I prefer engine oil and overalls to nail polish and fashion any day♥
Need to fix the perspective of the hole in your spoiler otherwise need large overfenders and i would have a small front splitter.

If doing RWB style you need to go with super wide arches, a crazy paint and a cool name :)

There are plenty of brushing tutorials in the forum section of tutorials.

Will watch this.
I like you.
I know that progress for this is a little late, and that I haven't updated it for so long. I am working on it as and when I feel inspired.

Finally, I have started on the paint. It isn't complete, the door and all it's details still need to be added but that will be more towards the end. So I can do it to the rest, not panel by panel. It is my first time fully re-brushing something, so please don't be to harsh :D

Here's the progress so far. Don't worry though, the strips or flat grey parts will be changed, it was purely to see what it would look like with a little bit of coloring :)

Looking promising so far kate :D
Loving the colours that you're getting into that paint job

A few tips to help you on the way:
->The curved shape of the side of the car tends to stretch reflections greatly, you may have noticed that reflections of other cars can be a few pixels high, but stretch the length of the side. This has the effect of sorta removing that up and downyness you have, and stretching it along the side
->Darken the top half of the light bit I think. Cos of the angle of it facing upwards, generally with these sunset lighting effects it appears darker.
->Some sort of reflection of the ground on the lower part of the door? I don't know though - i'll have to see the background first...

Overall super stuff so far! :D Keep going!

Thank you Andy, I will try and improve on those snags and make it look better. That image has actually changed my mind on the whole lay out of it. Well, I am trying to make it look as realistic as I can. Thanks :)
