The background is moving, but the wheels aren't.. Not good.
You also shoud have expanded the shadow as the car is now lower.


The rest is nice.

Looks good man, but like walla said the wheels are not in moviment while the floor of the bg is.

You should give the floor a white tone, to fell more the "artic"

gaah so hard to find highres moving wheels in this angle and lightning :p i added light motion blur to the wheels but wasnt turning out very good might update if someone finds nice wheels :p

Maybe you should just find a new ground. With turning wheels, it also would look right, because the mountains aren´t moving.
The car looks good, especially with the effect.

if you try using the smudge tool, set to about 50, and smudging in a circle, that might work

overall very nice chop...the version with the effect is better

What I recommend is grabbing the wheels and free transforming them so they are in a perfect circle. Then apply some radial blur (filter > blur > radial blur) until they look right (normally about 20)

The bg is perfect. Obviously the mountain is so far away that the speed of the car doesn't matter. I think this is brilliant, perfect chop!
